I've gotten plenty of services from here before, they tend to be kind and gentle. I love this place considering it has been my go to since my old hair stylist quit. They were really gentle with my mats and they try not to hurt you overall kind staff and great experience.

The good: I don't like making appointments for a haircut so the hybrid system is great. You can check the wait time online and get on the list before you leave home. The price is also great. I can't stomach paying $50-60 for a haircut that takes 10 minutes. The bad: you never know what kind of cut you're going to get. Staff turnover is high so it's rare to get the same stylist twice. I've had seriously good cuts here - 5 stars all the way. But I've a also a couple of 1 star cuts - really, really bad. Fortunately hair grows back. But until I can bare to lay down more cash for a cut, Great Clips it is.
